Riley!

So...why did we change our name? As we approached our soft launch we felt compelled to rebrand so that we could personify our product, and set ourselves up with a foundation that more aligns with our brand positioning. Our new brand Riley gives us the legs to grow and the ability to form an emotional connection with our users. "Hey Riley, what do I need to get done today?" -- this is the type of reliance we want to create, and I felt that we couldn't do that with our former Grapevine AI brand. Riley is a gender neutral assistant, and represents a selfless, quirky personality, empowering our users to "Live the Life of Riley" - an existence marked by luxury and carefree attitudes.

We envision a brand that connects people to simpler times, when you knew everyone around you and you knew them well. You weren't bombarded with noise everywhere you looked, you weren't connected to seventeen thousand people across a dozen social platforms. Our new brand Riley will be suitable for both B2B sales and self-serve for consumers. We foresee an upcoming social crisis coming from knowing everybody, but

nobody, and Riley is positioned to prevent this and will bring us back to those 'simpler times'.

Patent

We officially filed our provisional patent this month! The title is "Systems And Methods For Attribution Of Facts To Multiple Individuals Identified In Textual Content" - essentially what this means is our AI can assign specific interests, traits, tasks, or whatever we decide to a person or multiple people regardless of where it falls in the sentence. It also builds out the relationships between the people you mention. We are extremely excited about protecting our intellectual property and what it means for us moving forward.
